Top mainland high school students explore university education in Hong Kong

36 high school students from Shanxi Kangjie High School (山西康杰中學) and Hengshui High School Hebei (河北衡水中學), two of the top-rated high schools in mainland China, visited the College of Business on 13th July. The students would like to explore the university education and overseas study options in Hong Kong.

On behalf of the College, Dr Hailiang Chen, Associate Professor of the Department of Information Systems, welcomed the delegation. Dr Chen introduced the six academic departments, undergraduate programmes, as well as the joint-degree opportunities in the USA and Taiwan. He highlighted that studying in Hong Kong would allow students to gain a lot of international exposures, including going for overseas exchange programme and having internships in global companies. 

Including in the visit were the admission talk, students sharing, and campus tour arranged by the Global Services Office, to help the students understand better the learning environment at CityU.
