Global exchange students celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival


Over 60 exchange and local students from the College of Business came together to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival on the evening of 22nd September 2017. Funded by the Student-Initiated Projects of CityU Global Services Office, and organised by the College’s Exchange Student Club the event provided inbound exchange students an experience of the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival.

Through interactive games and activities, the exchange students had an opportunity to learn about traditional customs of Mid-Autumn Festival. Apart from trying festive delicacies like mooncakes and seasonal fruits, the students also made their own sweet dumplings. Other activities included lanterns making, riddles, Chinese costumes try-on, networking, lucky draw, etc. made the night enjoyable.

The College annually sends about 500 BBA students overseas for a semester of study around the world. In turn, hundreds of international students are received every year into our College for study.
