Schedule of Events for 2022-2023 Application

* Applicant may attend either IELTS or TOEFL
Event Date Details
Application Period 1 to 30 November 2021 Online Application
English Language Proficiency Prepare for IELTS or TOEFL   (i) Self-study at the Chan Feng Men-ling Chan Shuk-lin Language Centre located in Room 2403, 2/F, Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin Academic Building
(ii) Applicants who have already attended IELTS should make sure the test date of their report should be after May 2020 (for Semester A exchange students) or October 2020 (for Semester B exchange students)  (i.e. valid for duration of two years until May 2022 or October 2022)
Attend IELTS organized by British Council or IDP * Register in early November 2021

Attend the test on or before 4 December 2021
(i) Applicants may attend either IELTS or TOEFL 
(ii) Choose “Academic Module” for test registration
(iii) Priority will be given to applicants who submit the report online before 20 December 2021
Attend TOEFL *
Submit IELTS or TOEFL Report on or before 20 December 2021 Online Submission to CB
(i) Upload the Report at “Upload Files” Section, and
(ii) Mark the Score at “Education” Section
Individual Consultation 9, 16, 23 & 30 November 2021

(i) Register for a 30-minute session to seek advice on how to make a plan for your exchange study
