CB participates in 19th China International Fair for Investment and Trade

The 19th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) was held in Xiamen from 8th to 11th September, with over 5,000 enterprises and near 120,000 overseas visitors coming from 100 countries participated in it. The College of Business attended the fair and introduced its Executive Education programme to visitors from all over the world.

Prof Wayne Yu, Assistant Dean (Executive Education) of the College, was invited to give a keynote speech at the Top Business Schools Forum held on 9th September. Prof Yu introduced the latest development on the collaboration between CityU, Tsinghua University and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), and shared how the cooperation could foster advancement on Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) within China's One Belt One Road initiative.

Prof Yu also shared his perspectives on hot topics such as supply-side policies, internet+, and One Belt One Road initiative.  

Dr Meng Liu and Dr Qi Ye, both 2016 graduates of the College’s Doctor of Business Administration (International) programme, joined the round table discussion in the forum. They shared how the study in CityU has helped their career development, and discussed with the audience some economics topics and policies.
