With e-commerce has bought changes on consumers’ behavior, there is increasing demand for research to understand how firms can harness the power of social media in marketing, idea crowdsourcing, and knowledge management.

The Centre for Social Media Marketing and Business Intelligence aims to enhance the College’s research strength in these areas, by providing a platform for conducting interdisciplinary research with high impact.
